HEALING WATERS
Healing Waters is my most personal collection yet.
The ocean, for me, has always been a place of magic. Standing in the warm sand on Waimānalo Beach in Hawaii after my grandmothers passing, feeling overwhelmed with a tremendous sense of calm, letting the gentle waves wash the grief away. Its mana, warm and powerful. The ocean that day made me know my place in the world. And a few short years later, on the beaches of Monterey, California, after I lost my job, the ocean cold and refreshing and seemingly an endless deep blue, I felt refreshed and invigorated, ready to move on full steam ahead.
I’ve been lucky enough to experience many beaches in my life, each one more beautiful and deeper in meaning. This collection is a reminder of all the places I’ve been and all the places I dream of going, the calming waters, the sparkly sunrises and sunsets, the crazy, mind boggling colors.
I hope that Healing Waters will help bring a bit of the magic I’ve always felt to you.
